"On Friday (today) we sent a message to Ms Prusakowski in response to the letter we received from State Farm about some upcoming changes they were making for auto coverage. We had several questions and we expected a reply on the next working day which would be Monday as it was already Friday afternoon. We were surprised to receive a reply within minutes with questions answered and a copy of the auto policy attached. Service doesn't get much better than that. "Sarah has been wonderful. She is informative and so sweet, it was a joy talking with her and was able to get me all the discounts that are available for me so that I can afford to make payments that I don't sweat each month. Being on a limited income is not easy for older people like me and have to have insurance or not drive.
