She has an incredibly engaging and bubbly personality that beautifully pairs with her family oriented approach to customer service.
Not only did she make the process quick and painless- she is probably the main reason why I decided to open my policy here. Her entire approach of being able to connect with the consumer, her god tier patience with inane questions, and sound knowledge of the ins and outs of her job- that’s a true rarity in the customer service sector.
This woman is a woman who’s smile you can feel through the phone.
